BATTERY JUMP START

In cases where a vehicle’s battery has died for any reason, 800CarGuru offers two options to assist members. We can either provide a jump start to get the vehicle running again, allowing members to continue their journey, or if necessary, we will arrange to tow the vehicle to the nearest garage within the U.A.E>

NEW BATTERY / BATTERY REPLACEMENT

Our van vehicles serve as mobile shops, stocked with a variety of battery brands and sizes for customers to choose from. If a new battery is required, we offer the convenience of on-the-spot replacement, backed by warranties of 12 or 18 months for added peace of mind.

FLAT TIRE SERVICES / TIRE PUNCTURE

We will promptly change a flat tire with a spare tire. However, if no spare tire is available, we will arrange to tow the vehicle to the nearest garage within the U.A.E. for further assistance.

 

NEW TIRES / TIRES REPLACEMENT

We have the capability to arrange tires from any brand, each with an authenticated barcode. Our inventory consists solely of original tires sourced directly from the supplier, ensuring quality and authenticity.

OFF ROAD RECOVERY

We extend off-road recovery services to all our customers. This assistance is available in instances of breakdowns, accidents, or if a vehicle becomes stuck during regular driving activities. If the vehicle is rendered undrivable due to an accident or mechanical issue, we will arrange towing to either the dealer’s garage or a garage chosen by the customer. The response time for off-road recovery varies based on the vehicle’s location and accessibility. It’s important to note that vehicles involved in desert events or rallies are exempt from this service.

 

CAR MECHNICAL FIRST AID

If a mechanical issue arises, the vehicle will be towed to the nearest garage located within the same city for prompt repair and resolution.

 

EMERGANCY FUEL DELIVERY

We offer the convenience of delivering emergency fuel directly to our customers, free of charge for the service itself. However, members are responsible for covering the cost of the fuel provided.

 

CAR LOCK OUT SERVICE

If a key is accidentally locked inside the vehicle, we will make every effort to retrieve it, allowing members to continue their journey without delay. However, if access to the key cannot be achieved, we will arrange for the vehicle to be towed to the nearest garage within the Emirate for further assistance.
